L'agama primordiale. Primeval Agama.

This guy was guarding the entrance to the archeological area of Twyfelfontein (Namibia), where the rocks bear ancient graffiti on a vast landscape of stunning beauty.

Studi di agama agama-Studies of Agama agama

Its hard to concentrate on the african colours and atmospheres, when it's pouring outside ad the black sky is lit up only by lightning...This beautiful Agama, whom we saw at  the entrance of the Twyfelfontein site in Namibia, posed for us in a seemingly indifferent attitude. Only observing the pictures I took really close I realized that he'd changed to a more cryptical colouring (though there's little you can  do when you are such a red-head!).
The complexity of his anatomy, especially facial, and the shades of his reflecting livery weren't easy to render.
